Jason Stone, President and CEO of Enterprise Resource Services, Inc. (ERS) was born into the staffing business. He learned the ropes of the business helping at his parents’ company at a very early age. His parents instilled in him the value of hard work and perseverance to achieve his goals in life.
Jason took ownership of ERS in 2005 as President and CEO. ERS started out as a web development company. However, after a few short years, this type of business did not prove successful. He decided to slowly change its main business and focus more on staffing. With mentorship from his parents, he slowly grew the business after a few years.
ERS started as a tier 2 supplier to other companies with larger contracts. Doing this enabled ERS to build on their experience, establish business processes while nurturing a unique business culture to deliver personalized support to both clients and contract employees.
ERS won the bid in 2012 as one of the three primary vendors for Northrop Grumman to help support their staffing needs. It was a turning point for the company as it helped propel its current success. Through Jason’s leadership, ERS has won numerous other contracts in both the public and private sectors. ERS clientele includes Northrop Grumman, Lockheed, Tesla, Air Quality Control Management District, Metropolitan Water District amongst others.
Currently, ERS has two office locations and supports over 300 contract employees from different parts of the continental US and is continuously striving to grow.
