Contract to Hire Recruitment

Contract to Hire is a hybrid of temporary and direct hire. Contract to hire is a way for clients and talent to try the working environment and responsibilities, making sure on both sides that there is job compatibility. The term of engagement is pre-determined by both parties, but during the contract period, the talent is an employee of ERS, not the client employer. Once both sides believe that it is a good fit, the contract to hire process is initiated and is typically quick.
