When a client employer submits to us a requisition for a direct-hire career opportunity, we search our databases and job boards for candidates that are a good fit in terms of skillset, personality, experience, related value-adds, employee history, and other parameters that are relevant to the open position. Before referring the candidate to the employer client, we perform due diligence, interview, verify, and re-qualify before taking the next step.
