Temporary Recruitment
Not all companies need full-time employees all of the time. Temporary employment allows for work that is limited in time and scope. Temporary employees are sometimes called contractual, seasonal, interim, casual, freelance, or temps. Temporary employees might also include consultants who specialize in human resources, research and development, engineering, and accounting. In today's gig economy, we also have Interim Executives or Fractional Executives.
- Full-time or part-time workers
- Interim executives
- Engineering
- Accounting
In some instances, temporary workers receive benefits, such as health insurance, but typically benefits are provided to permanent employees. ERS will search for and screen temporary workers to fill the human resource needs of client employers. ERS has many connections and resources to fill job requisitions, and oftentimes, can fill the position in a day because of its connections and employee base.
